The case measures 1ft 2.5in wide by 9in deep by 7.75in high and is made of nicely patinated medium honey coloured oak.
The cover moldings (see photos) and double thickness (and I mean double) bevelled edge glass make this item stand out from the ordinary.
An attractive,useful and genuine piece,probably made c1930.
