A Burr Walnut Bracket Style Clock by Lenzkirch.
Made about 1910,this attractive clock measures 1ft 4in high by 11in wide by 8in deep.
The mechanism strikes each quarter hour (tin/tang)and the hours on coiled gongs.The 8 day pendulum movement,going barrel,sits behind a brass and silvered dial with fine pendulum adjustment.
The case is of burr walnut veneer,with nicely cast brass fittings and side frets.
Typical of the well above average quality expected of this respected German firm.
