A Double Weight Vienna type Wall Clock.
Overall length 3ft 7.5in,the dial 7in diameter.
The 8 day movement by Gustav Becker,a respected German maker, strikes the hours on a coiled gong.
The case is of oak and oak faced on pine,medium honey colour.
Made c1890-1910,the dial, weights,pulleys and pendulum bob are made of decorative embossed brass.An unusual feature but right for the period.
